Evaluating the E-government Based on BSC

The rapid development of information and communication technologies has given rise to the emerging of the e –government. Various approaches have been adopted to evaluate the e-government. This paper suggests the Balanced Scoreboard approach and attempts to devise a systematic evaluation framework.
